Health is Wealth!

No...that's not just a cliche.  Think about it.   Money, fame, and possessions are all great, but what about the things we take for granted until we don't have them... the ability to breathe, think, move, talk, get out of bed.  - if you didn't have your health, where would you be? 

Making health a priority isn't just a good idea. It's how we best live our lives. It's how we best honor the gift of life we've been given. We all know life is short, and we don't know how much longer we'll be on earth.  So doesn't it makes sense to make the most of what we have?

Health Hack: Get Moving!

Hack number one: focus on what you CAN do and build upon that.  Do ONE thing.

Hard to do a pushup? Lean on a wall and press away from it. 

Struggling to get up from the sofa? 

Do squats while you brush your teeth in the morning.

One step.  Little by little.  Every day. The little things add up to BIG things.  And the next step is only a decision away.
